Lara dom\u00e8nech L\u00e9ga<\/h2>\n

I am Lara Dom\u00e9nech, born in Barcelona and recently moved to Sant Cugat. I graduated with honors from the Barcelona College of Chiropractic, (with the prize for scientific evidence) where I obtained the higher degree in chiropractic and the Master’s degree in chiropractic<\/strong> from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Later, I graduated in Physiotherapy<\/strong> at Ramon Llull University.<\/p>\n

I learned about Chiropractic through my mother. She had a heart problem that the doctors only knew how to treat with medication. I remember that at that time, due to the medication, my mother fell asleep while we ate dinner. It was then that she decided to look for other treatment alternatives and met Aaron, our first chiropractor. Within a month, he stopped having these heart problems and was able to come off his medication completely. She returned to being what she was, jovial, cheerful and energetic.<\/p>\n

Although initially at home we said that Aaron was “the witch”, I decided to give him a chance and go visit him to see what exactly this chiropractic thing was all about and it turned out that I fell in love with the profession.<\/strong> At that time I was 17 years old, I didn’t really know what to study, I knew I wanted to do something in the world of health, I considered medicine, psychology, nursing,… But just that year they opened the BCC, and I decided to embark on this career that now love.<\/p>\n

After 5 years of studies, I decided that I wanted to study more, to know more about the human body and that is why I entered the physiotherapy career at URL. And that I didn’t want to go to medicine because it took many years of studies!<\/p>\n

At the end of these 9 years of studies I was working as a respiratory physiotherapist,<\/strong> but I felt that something was still missing in my professional life, and it was after several years that I decided to launch myself and become an entrepreneur by opening my own center.<\/p>\n

Currently, in addition to managing my SHIVAYA<\/strong> center, I continue to work as a chiropractor at the “Centre Quiropr\u00e0ctic Manresa”<\/em> and I work as a teacher at the “Barcelona College of Chiropractic”.<\/em><\/p>\n

When you come to SHIVAYA<\/strong>, you will see that I mainly work with chiropractic, and for me health goes far beyond not just not having symptoms, it goes to having quality of life, preventing future injuries or illnesses, allowing our body to works to the fullest of its potential, to release our own innate intelligence<\/strong> that allows us to heal ourselves without the need for external agents. And to achieve this, we need a healthy spine and a fully connected nervous system free of interference.<\/p>\n
